WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
No Refunds, Exchanges or Store Credit Only. . . .
Items that are still in new and/or like new condition can be exchanged. Items must be returned in it's original packaging, within 5 business days of delivery. No exchanges will be accepted after 5 business days from the date of delivery. Returns are not prepaid. You will need to arrange payment for return shipping. No international returns accepted.
Please be sure to properly package and insure your shipment as we will not be responsible for lost or stolen packages during the shipping process.
Custom made to order items and sale items are all sales final.
WHAT ARE YOUR DELIVERY OPTIONS?
There is a standard shipping fee for all orders. Shipping is 3-4 business days in addition to processing. Custom and made to order items are processed and shipped within 2 to 4 weeks from date of completed order. For expedited shipping methods, please inquire at with the subject line as "Expedite My Order", additional fees will apply.
DO YOU PROVIDE INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY?
Yes, we do provide international delivery. Please allow 10 to 12 business days for delivery and 3 to 8 weeks for Custom, Made to order items.
DO YOU OFFER GIFT CARDS?
